T.C.C. ASHES PREDICTOR - 29th of June 2009

Following the huge success & interest in the Six Nations predictor during the winter, T.C.C. are running a similar format for prediction of the forthcoming Ashes Series.

TEA@3 IN AID OF ST.PETER'S HOSPICE - 24th of June 2009

T.C.C. ladies have organised a tea@3 event in aid of St. Peter's Hospice to be held on THURSDAY 9th JULY from 2pm-4.30pm at Thornbury Cricket Club.

The charity is very close to a number of people within the club so please make every effort to attend and support a very important organisation.

There are a number of stalls to browse (& buy from) at your leisure whilst sipping a cup of tea and indulging in the odd cake !!

Greg "Pecker" Mallitte has won the TCC Fantasy Football League run via the premier league website.

After the early running was set by Joe Maiden, the final weeks were contested between Greg and John Wormwell, and to the delight of all participants Greg ended up a comfortable winner and saved months of a gloating Wormers.

Details of how to join the league for the '09/'10 season will be posted shortly as the new football season is only a matter of weeks away !!

Thornbury C.C. are to host a cricket match as part of Gloucestershire CCC's Chris Taylor benefit year.

The game is to be held on SUNDAY 14th JUNE at the Ship Ground and will feature a number of Gloucestershire players.

The bar will be open from midday and food will be available throughout the day.
